This enclosed venue features glass doors that open onto a spacious veranda overlooking the golf course. It can be arranged in various setups to suit your event needs:

ADDITIONAL COSTS TO BUDGET FOR

SERVICE STAFF

  • Waiters: R 600 per waiter (recommended 2 waiters per 20 guests)

  • Barmen: R 600 per barman (recommended 1 barman per 30 guests)

EQUIPMENT

  • Projector: R 650

  • Flip Chart: Free of charge

  • Standard PA System: Free of charge

DEPOSIT

The venue hire fee is required in full as a deposit to secure your conference reservation.

Payment must be made within 7 days from the date of reservation.

FUNCTION SETUP

R30 per person which includes:

  • Tables and chairs

  • Black tablecloths and chair covers

  • Glass jugs with ice water

  • Mints

CATERING PACKAGES

  • Our packages offer scrumptious meals served on The Veranda, with options including:

  • Arrival drinks

  • Buffet breakfasts

  • Lunches

  • Savoury and/or sweet platters
