We offer three different venues depending on the type and size of your event.  Our Professional team will work with you to ensure an event of remembrance.

The VERANDA (available from Mondays to Thursdays only)

 

This is an Informal venue overlooking the golf course with glass windows

which can be opened or closed, depending on the weather. This venue can accommodate a maximum of 120 guests seated. An early evening function lends itself to a beautiful sunset on the Veranda. 

 

Venue Hire – R 4 000  VAT INCL

 

 

 

The AREND

 

Is a closed venue with glass doors opening onto a veranda which overlooks the golf course.  This venue can accommodate a maximum of 80 guests seated.

This venue also offers a projector screen should your event require one.  Kindly refer to the Virtual Tour under Conferences to view the venue.

The ALBATROS

 

Is a closed venue suitable for formal functions which can accommodate a maximum of 160 guests seated.  A dance floor can be incorporated depending on the amount of guests attending the event.

Our MENUS

Our preferred supplier catering for our functions is The Blue Crane Restaurant and Bar.  They cater for all functions such as birthdays, kitchen teas, bridal showers, weddings or any other social event.  Please contact us for a quotation on selected menus.

 

 

ADDITIONAL COST FOR FUNCTIONS

 

Waiters:  R 400 per waiter to serve function                                                 

(we recommend 2 waiters for every 20 guests)                                                  

 

Bar Men:  R 600 per bar man to serve function                                              

(we recommend 1 bar man for every 30 guests)

                                                    

Function Setup:  R 25 per person is inclusive of the following:                                              

• Round tables with chairs seating 8 to 10 guests per table

• Black tablecloths with black and white striped overlays and black chair covers                                             

• Standard cutlery with white paper serviettes                                     

• Standard PA System                                                                                              

 

We do not offer decor services,  You are welcome to bring in any decorations of your own, such as table runners, center pieces, flowers, colored serviettes etc.

 

The venue hire will be required IN FULL as a deposit to secure your function reservation, which is payable within 7 days from date of reservation.
