Development Club Champs 2026

On Monday, 25 May 2026, Waterkloof Golf Club proudly hosted the annual Development Club Champs 2026, a special day dedicated to recognising and celebrating the incredible talent, hard work, and passion of our caddies and course workers.

As part of routine course maintenance, the course was closed to members and visitors for the day and handed over to the very people who know it best. From the first tee to the final putt, the players showcased not only their golfing ability, but also their deep understanding and appreciation of the course they care for every day. The atmosphere throughout the day was filled with excitement, camaraderie, and friendly competition, making it a truly memorable occasion for everyone involved.

A special congratulations goes to Lucky Nyanya, who successfully defended his title with another outstanding performance to claim the 2026 championship trophy. His consistency and composure under pressure once again proved why he is such a deserving champion.
