Ernest has also taken on a key leadership role at the Halfway House, ensuring that operations run smoothly and that both members and guests continue to receive the high standard of service they have come to expect at Waterkloof. His ability to adapt under pressure, maintain consistency, and support his team has made a meaningful impact across multiple areas of the club.
